Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Cost: Free!
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your cosplay gear from series like .Hack, Adventure Time, or 86 Eighty Six. If something isn’t right, our straightforward returns process is here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us to request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

Important Note: Final Sale Items

Due to their customized nature, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Custom-made boots (e.g., 9-nine- Boots, 86 Eighty Six Boots)
  • Clearance items

These are often made-to-order based on your specifications, so please double-check your size and choices before ordering!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Get Your RMA: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside. Ship it to our warehouse address provided in the instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
