  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note on Final Sale Items

Due to their specialized nature, custom-made boots and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. This includes products from series such as 9-nine- Boots, 86 Eighty Six Boots, and other custom footwear that may be made-to-order based on your specifications.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  5. Ship the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA instructions)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
